* Timing... winds will increase Thursday evening and become strong
after midnight and through Friday. The relative humidity will
fall below 15 percent Friday morning.
* Wind... west winds of 15 to 30 mph will develop Thursday evening.
Gusts up to 50 mph will possible after midnight Thursday night
and through Friday afternoon.
* Humidity... relative humidity values will be in the 20 to 35
percent range Thursday night and fall into the 10 to 20 percent
range Friday
* impacts... critically dry fuels combined with the strong winds
